New Legal Research & Writing Program On The Way

It took lots of work, consensus building and a whole extra Faculty Council meeting... but we have made significant improvements to Legal Research and Writing.

Both first-year and upper-year students stand to benefit from the Long-Term Curriculum Committee's recommendations, adopted yesterday. Highlights include:

- First-year workshops for groups of 30-45 students, organized around small group subjects and covering topics like case briefing, writing case comments and structuring a legal argument.
